Who Are We?
Hi! I'm Dr. Jennifer (Jenn) Clark.
I’ve spent nearly 30 years working alongside people, families, teams, and organizations navigating change, challenge, and growth. Along the way, I’ve learned that meaningful change rarely happens because someone has all the answers—it happens when people feel heard, supported, and empowered to take the next step.
My career has taken me from direct care and counseling to clinical leadership, state government, and organizational consulting. Each experience has strengthened my belief that people and organizations do their best work when they have clarity, connection, and the right support.
I created Anchor Point Counseling & Consulting to bring those pieces together. Whether I’m working with an individual seeking personal growth, a leader facing a difficult season, or an organization looking for a new direction, my goal is the same: to provide a steady place to start, thoughtful guidance along the way, and practical tools for moving forward.
Because sometimes we don’t need someone to steer the ship—we just need an anchor point while we find our direction.
